We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

Our home had been listed with two other real estate companies, first with the agent who sold us the house originally, then another local company- neither one did a very good job! All they talked about was what was wrong with our house! Then we met Bill Wootan of Team One! He told us what the negatives were, but that we had lots more positives, and that is the approach he took- in just a few weeks, we had a contract that went to a successful closing-after the closing I told Bill, the one thing I admired about him is how positive he was in his advertising, his flyers and all the times he showed our home! While the other two kept talking about what was wrong with our house (flag lot, tiney back yard, etc,) Bill kept showing all the positive features, and it worked! I was talked into a 2% deal with a new company in town-all I had to do was sell it myself, but it was a hard sale living back at the end of a gravel road!
